The insights gained from in-depth interviews with SThree’s leadership, clients and candidates, shaped a new, future-focused positioning that moved SThree beyond just staffing - clearly defining its broader role and service offering as a global STEM workforce consultancy.

The new positioning established SThree as a trusted advisor that goes further in everything they do to advise businesses, build expert teams, and deliver project solutions. Meaning that no matter what workforce challenges tomorrow demands, SThree is there to help outpace tomorrow, together.

Alongside this, we developed a distinct verbal identity with tone of voice principles, messaging frameworks and a writing style guide - ensuring the brand now speaks with clarity, confidence and consistency across every touchpoint.

Built for unity, not uniformity, the system includes shared assets and tailored elements that drive consistency without compromising the flexibility needed for the sub-brands to be powerfully operate within the industries that they specialise in.

The result is a future-ready brand that reinforces SThree’s leadership in STEM, sets it apart from the competition, and reflects the full depth of its industry expertise.

We developed a comprehensive, wide-ranging imagery system, with a number standout elements, starting with the STEM kaleidoscopes.

The kaleidoscopes are a creative expression of how SThree expertly fuses industry expertise, technology and scale. It is this synergy that enables them to outpace expectations, change and ambition, to create the specialised solutions their clients and candidates need to outpace tomorrow, together. A kaleidoscope was created for each brand, serving as a highly-distinctive and differentiated visual asset that drives brand recognition, as well as communicating each brand's unparalleled STEM industry expertise.

Each STEM kaleidoscope is composed of unique 3D elements, which can be used as standalone images. These assets allow SThree (and its sub brands) to dive deeper into specific specialisms, amplifying client and candidate stories in a visually compelling way. Beyond digital and print, these assets also serve as striking brand art that can be integrated into physical and digital workspaces.
